Staff that makes the difference

The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service that made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. Their warmth turned a routine visit into a memorable experience.

Unfortunately, our room lacked some basic amenities like a trash liner, which left us dealing with unpleasant odors from the waste. Attention to cleanliness was needed in the bathroom as well.

Great wi-fi and 24-hour reception. room was a bit cramped for a suite.

The staff here goes above and beyond, making every guest feel special and appreciated. Breakfast was delightful, with generous options that started the day right, including a standout fish and chips dish. However, there were noise issues due to the air handler that impacted sleep, and the lack of availability of the bar and dining services on Sundays and Mondays was inconvenient. Overall, the room was comfortable, but some amenities felt lacking for the rate charged.

The hotel was centrally located, making it easy for our family to explore local attractions. Our stay in the suite included a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals together. The spacious rooms added comfort, especially since we were traveling with our grown children.

My children wanted the pool to be open during our visit.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our four-night family stay, especially the kitchenette's convenience for quick meals. Breakfast options were terrific, with made-to-order options that pleased my kids. However, the hot hallways and cleanliness of the dishes were concerns. Future guests should inquire about pool availability beforehand.

The staff truly made our stay special. they were incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to view several rooms before making our choice. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a good mix of hot and cold items.

The temperature in our room was a bit on the chilly side, and it took a couple of conversations with the front desk to get it adjusted properly.

The pool and bar were both closed during visits, which disappointed families hoping for leisure activities. Noise disturbances from the air handler in some rooms affected sleep quality, and the cable had outages that could leave you without entertainment for stretches. Breakfast lines for hot items were often lengthy, making the morning routine a hassle.

We enjoyed visiting a nearby park and checking out local restaurants. The rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was amazing, especially the omelet station. Staff was really friendly and helpful, which made our trip even better.

The kitchen was a major highlight, fully equipped with everything from a full-size refrigerator to a dishwasher! 🥘 However, the lack of daily room service was a bit disappointing.

i had a fantastic stay at element! the property was immaculate, and the buffet breakfast was amazing, especially the omelet station. the fitness center was a great bonus to help me stay active while traveling. the staff was exceptionally accommodating, making my experience even better.
